3 Fonteinen Doesjel (Season 19|20) Blend No. 85 750ml
This Doesjel was bottled on the 1st of December of 2020 and was intended to be an Oude Geuze. Because of the high proportion of older lambic, the fermentation did not continue in the bottle and the blended lambic remained flat. The yeast dozed in, hence the name – a local dialect for that typical little sleepy knock you get over noon. In return, with a natural-white-wine-like aroma and malty citrusy taste, the resulting beer is a subtle lambic blend. The oldest lambics were brewed at the beginning of 2018. Spontaneously fermented. Matured in oak barrels. Extended bottle ageing. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized.

3 Fonteinen Oude Kriekenlambik (Season 20|21) Blend No. 15 750ml
Bottling date: 13/01/2021 A blend of 36% three-year old lambic (yes, like in more than thirty-six months) and 58% two-year-old lambic. The lambic blend is from twelve different barrels and eleven different brews. This blend consists of 60% 3 Fonteinen lambic. Slow and all-natural maceration of whole sour cherries on traditional lambic. No addition of juices, syrups, or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized.

3 Fonteinen Braambes Oogst 2020 (season 20|21) 750ml
Bottling date: 26/01/2021. For this Braam, they sourced hand-picked blackberries from Ferme Framboos in Huldenberg, Vlaams-Brabant, Belgium. Macerated these for three months in a 50/50 cut with lambic from five different barrels and five different brews. Before bottling, they added lambic from another barrel and two different brews. The majority of the lambic that were used are 3 Fonteinen brewed, and one quarter of those are from our own Brabant farmers’ collective. A slow and all-natural maceration of hand-picked whole blackberries on this traditional lambic. No addition of juices, syrups or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized.
